V3.1.10 V3.1.9.  An error has been reported in the definition of the SMT374 used by the Diamond configurer. The size of internal memory on the C6713 processor is wrongly given as 64K instead of 256K. This will be corrected in the next release of Diamond, but the following procedure will correct the error for current versions.  Look in the Diamond installation folder bin\config_data\c6000\Sundance\TIMs. By  default, this will be: C:\3L\Diamond\bin\config_data\c6000\Sundance\TIMs

Download this file into that folder, overwriting the existing file of the same name. A similar problem affects two older modules as well, and the relevant updated files can be downloaded to the same folder from SMT376 and STM363.
